the event-horizon technique

causal visualizations

Try to meditate for one or two minutes at a time, throughout the day, as you are able. Be aware that the benefit of your meditation session may not be visible for 3 to 12 hours. That’s a concept from the Kabbalah, that many scholars never mention. You should know this. And even if you don’t completely understand this now, then put it in the back or your mind until one day, in the future, when you need it, and suddenly you’ll “see” and understand it.

Remember, your focused meditation or prayers almost always have a time delay. In this way, you should know that the results of your efforts to meditate or pray, will not be felt for 3 to 12 hours. So to get stated, you must persist, even when there is no sign of immediate reward. That’s the difficult part.

After you meditate, don’t forget to notice, sometime during the next 3 to 6 hours, a momentary insight or an strengthened physical persona. The result of your focused meditation will be a common coincidence or sustained influence of a bit of healing light.

It will take some practice, and time, to build your awareness of the cause and effect associations. Look for each minute or two or momentary focused meditation, to produce a causal effect 3-12 hours later.

As you work through your day there are many times when you can stop for a minute or two to meditate or pray. The more often you meditate, the more of these causal events you’ll have to watch out for, 3-12 hours later. If you’re vigalent, there could easily be dozens! How then can you tell, which meditative session– or which mediative technique, produced what causal result? What might seem daunting at first, is actually very easy to do in practice. Let me explain.

When considering the interaction between you– your physical body and the higher realms of consciousness, which you are attempting to communicate with; be aware there is no such thing as time. This technique will work whether or not you understand this. But, if you’re interested:  on the astral plane, which is sometimes referred to the other-side, or heaven and hell, there is no such thing as time. Past, present, and future co-exist.

To make this technique work, all you need to know, is how to associate all the focused mediative causal efforts you set into motion, with the 3-12 hour delayed, inner or outer light, causal events you’ve created. It’s easy! Really. Simply associate the most recent causal effort with the most recent causal effect. In this way, you will “see”, much to the suprise of your usual time impared perspective, that they mesh up perfectly.

The more you do this, the more you will notice that the response time, or turn around time, between the cause and the eventual effect, gets smaller and smaller, until they get so close together, you cause a cascade. That’s when the causes and effects are just minutes or second apart. This is called a cascade of synchronicity or a coincidence cascade. It is during these times that you will learn the most about your cause and effect abilities. You may ask questions, make requests, and show gratitued, much the way you usually do in prayer or meditation, but here, the turn around time is so short, that you “can” in a very real sense converse with God, or at least build a more informed and intimate relationship with whatever world you use to represent God in your life.

This is how you build the muscles of faith. Thus, this event horizon technique will be to you, as free weights are to body builders.

8 year old, having difficulty dealing with her empathic abilities…

February 7, 2007

looking in the mirror

—————– Original Message —————–
My daughter, 8 years old, is having extreme difficulty dealing with her empathic abilities at school during the day. My empathic abilities were largely stifled by my parents and family as a child- I was taught to suppress rather than cope- and I don’t feel I have any more suggestions to offer her (i.e. I’m out of my league). She com
es home saying things like “Nathaniel choked Elia at school and it made my throat hurt” and “When the kids get out of control and yell, it makes my whole body hurt”. She wants to bang her head against the wall at times when such occurrences happen and I worry that if she does not find some coping skills and FAST that this will develop into self injurious behavior. She has no other problems in school socializing or following directions, though concentrating does seem to be an issue. She recoils at the thought of us pulling her from school and homeschooling because she genuinely *wants* to be there. We’ve tried teaching her to ground herself and put a protective bubble of light around herself, and this works at home, but not at school with all the input she receives. Crystals? Homeopathy? What helps extremely sensitive children in these situations?

—————– Reply —————–

This is a very interesting situation. Obviously you have a gifted daughter, what advice I might give you, could easily be contrary to what a professional therapist would suggest. One thing for sure, your daughter needs someone who can “see” on her level. Whether or not, you can be that person, in her life, will take time to unfold.

There are two ways to go. 1- encouraging her empathic abilities, in which case you’d end up being a coach. Or 2- teaching her ignore her empathic perceptions, which is what most of us were taught. The deciding factor must of course be her ability to keep focused. Find out which way allows her to do better– as in get better grades in school. I’m not sure which way would be better but if you try both, I’m pretty sure you’ll find one path is clearly more productive.

If that leads away from developing her emapthic abilities now, it’s a small sacrifice for the essential survival skills she is now leaning, know as education. Her empathic abilities will never go away, if she has to ignore it, for the time being, don’t worry. There will be a continual outpouring of other opportunities as she gets older.

For now, you’re going to coach her. I’m sorry. But I don’t think your current tack will be successful. Teaching her to shield herself with a protective bubble of light, or “grounding” herself, my heard by her, as nothing more than confusing rhetoric. Even adults who have dealt with this all their lives don’t have the visualization skill to do this effectively; which would require holding multiple visual images in the minds eye, then manipulating those images to produce the desired effect, and then– continue doing so, until it’s a familiar habit. No. I don’t think she is ready for this.

Try this. Just be honest with her. Tell her, she is seeing and feeling things that other people don’t, because she’s special. And while it may be difficult for her now, thanks to her special abilities, she’s going to be very successful. You don’t need to use those exact works. Say it any way you want. She will grab onto the idea that she is special. Once she believes that, then at least during these empathic occurrences, she will always be aware that not everybody shares her perceptions.

Also, if you have to discuss this with any other adults, it would be better NOT to mention empathy, or even being highly sensitive. As neither are admirable. Put it in your mind that your daughter may have a higher IQ than most children. A concern expressed from that point of view, would be much better received by other adults, and will likely get many more people on her side, which will only reinforce her positive growth.

Maybe a music teacher might be helpful.

the philosopher’s stone, a goose that lays golden eggs, and money to do the “great work”

Study the Philosopher’s Stone

> I am also interested in the “Mutus
> Liber” the “Mute Book” the silent
> pictorial book of alchemy that teaches one

> “great work” or how to create the so-called
> philosopher’s stone. Are you into this subject
> matter?

The great-work is a philosophical concept regarding the concept of a messiah– or as the Buddhists say, the Bodhisattvas. The idea of taking an oath, to dedicate one’s life, and every action, to assisting others… until EVERYONE who wants to be self realized, is. No matter how many life times it takes.

And while I am not familiar with the “mute book,” I am well aware of the concept of the Philosophers Stone, where it is theoretically possible to turn lead into gold. It’s just an analogy though, as I suspect the mute book is. Today– though– in this modern world, there DOES exists something that appears to be this “mute book” you spoke of, which… if you learn, DOES for all practical matter, become a true Philosopher’s Stone. Or as it has also been know as a goose, of sorts, that lays real golden eggs.

Yes, once you tune in, there are thousands of geometric associations, to bestow in wonder. These are all presented to you, in you minds eye, in full color, as clear a any photograh you might hold in your hand. But these artful illustrations MOVE, ever so slowly, as you look at them. Yes, they are quite magical, and if you look at them long enough, you’ll see REAL money– huge sums will pass before your eyes, every day. Study these illustrations. This is REAL money that you can put in your pocket. Gold in fact is very heavy, but thank God we live in a modern world, so you can keep all YOUR wealth online.

Let me tell how to find these mute illustrations of power. I will show you the technique to find them in your minds eye. They will always be clear. It is up to you to spend time each day, watching them– understanding their mute colors and hidden geometry. Eventually, you will learn their every dance– when you can safely approach– and when they may hurt you, to stay away. This is THE modern day Glass Bead Game, discussed at length in Herman Hess’s Pulitzer Prize winning novel, Magister Ludi. Eventually, as you learn the dance, you can literally hold out your hand, as if it were under a waterfall of money, and THERE, collect by request as much money as you see fit, to further your efforts in assisting or completing the great work.

Oh yes. There are already LOTS of people who are practicing this discipline. They congregate online. To them it is a game. We share techniques and strategies, but as a matter of integrity, we never discuss the actual money we get from this mute book.

telepaths & clairvoyants using affirmations to manage synchronicity and coincidence

December 29, 2006

cascade of coincidence

> I need your advise how NOT to be afraid and how to deal
> with this increasing energy-clairvoyance in me.. I just feel
> a bit scared since the increase is so vast and in every aspect.

When you push far enough, or more aptly, hold on long enough, your empathic tendencies become telepathic. The difference being, that one requires the presence of the individual, the other requires only a picture in your minds eye. And of course it is always easiest to be telepathic with those who are similarly charged.

But you asked about fear and clairvoyance. Pushing yourself to your limit, going further than you have before; when days and nights almost start to blend together and you begin to question which one is which, there– at that point– that’s when the clairvoyance kicks in. Clairvoyance is just a channel selector for your telepathic abilities. In this realm, it is not just day and night that meld together, but time itself. And with practice you learn to distinguish the purely lucid from the precognitive.

As for fear. There should always be fear when you push yourself to your limits, for as you do, you are always given more power of discernment and direction. The more often you visit these new unfamiliar places, the more familiar they become, and the easier it is to avail yourself of, or simply channel, these new powers of travel and perception.

Yes, it is daunting to come face to face with synchronicity and the ability to direct these coincidences. New empaths, still facing such basic obstacles of responsibility and finding some mediative technique that works consistently, cannot go there. But even they, now in their inexperienced interest, can with very little effort learn to direct synchronicity. While they may not be able to consciously get themselves there; as they happen to find themselves there, as is often the case, when they do– when coincidneces are prevalent– that is the time to make an effort to direct them. Very little effort can produce startling results.

This is in fact the whole area of affirmations. Many say affirmations or prayers don’t work for them. Either they are not charged or centered enough, or they have no idea how to construct a simple affirmation. Don’t ask for material things, especially those that are not at all likely to be presented to you. It is always best to start by asking for signs. These are very easy to get, as there is always an uncertainty and vagueness about how they will appear. Do not be phased by your inability to interpret the signs as they arrive. Just make a mental note of each one. Write them down if you dare. If you have any doubt about a sign’s true meaning, they simply disregard it.

It is a great misnomer that an opportunity missed can never be gotten back again. If you are destined to be or do something, then you will continually receive signs and opportunities leading you in that direction, at least until something or someone changes your destiny.

So… you make an affirmation by saying to yourself something like, “I’m not going to make a decision until I see a sign point one way or the other.” Then you must keep that in the back of your mind for a while, attentively waiting and watching for that sign. In time you may get bored and forget to watch, but by that time your subconsicous mind has taken the suggestion, and will be watching for you.

This process of using affirmations to direct synchronicity is an essential technique for any telepath. Sometimes it may take days for the sign to appear. If you are charged enough– to the point where you are are seeomg a cascade of coincidences, responses to your affirmations can appear in a matter of minutes.

martyrdom on the Tree of Life & Iraq

December 23, 2006

Martyrdom

> Does anyone here work with the qlippoth. I was told my work
> on the tree of life wasn’t complete until I visited the other side
> of the coin, but I don’t want my soul to perish and get lost
> along the way.

So how do you take this new knowledge and put it to practical use?

Sure being the martyr, is sometimes necessary, especially if you intend to accomplish some great work, for finding and managing extreme suffering is always easier than finding and managing extreme success. None the less, the management techniques are the same, and practicing one, always builds equal capability for the other.

The suffering of a martyr of course is voluntary. If you don’t willingly choose to put yourself in a difficult situation, like a long grueling hike up a mountain, then it is not martyrdom, but oppression. Oppression only fosters resentment.

A quick technique to apply this in your daily life is something those who live on the street, learn quickly. Those who seek to harm you will always be most inclined when you are at your weakest. So purposely placing yourself in this state– or maybe just feigning this state– is an ideal way to root out those who lay in wait. Similarly some souls will rush to your defense and aid when you are so inclined. These are the angles in your life. Learn to recognize them as well.

The western mindset doesn’t have a clue about martyrdom. Islamic Jihadism is a theology. You can’t combat a theology with guns or oppression. The only thing that can destroy one theology is another.

picking up women on the astral plane

December 18, 2006

astral travel

In a previous post I mentioned a lucid dreaming technique I used to use, called, picking-up-women-on-the-astral-plane. I made a point of saying how the lucid dream face never matched up with the person when I finally meet them.

> About recognising the person, I have something to add …
> you are soooo right about them not looking the same.
> I found two things that help me. Sometimes when you
> meet the person you get a tip off that you just “know”
> them. When I get that feeling I try to get away for a
> moment ( just a bit longer than a blink) and I ask for
> the dream face… Sometimes I get it and I can put two
> and two together. Sometimes I don’t get the face but
> the familiar empathic “flavor” of the person is the same.

This is a very advanced technique! Wow… While I’ve never done this. But I certainly can “see” how this would work. Yes. I’ve learned something important here. This is a great technique! There is nothing I can add to make this any better.

I can, if you’re interested, share my technique.

Each evening before falling off to sleep, I would do this little meditation. You might want to try this. When you close your eyes you see darkness. But if you stare out into the darkness, you will see faint hues of color. For me they were wispy clouds or yellow, green and while– like little clouds in a sky of darkness. Once you see some light there, before your minds eye, look out and try to focus your eyes on the moving masses of light. It’s an odd concept focusing your eyes on something while they’re closed, but that’s exactly what it is.

After doing this for a few days or a week, you’ll notice that the wisps of light momentarily turn into pictures. People and scenes, and no sooner did I notice a picture, in that moment of excitement, the picture was gone. After a few days, at a point where, my pulse doesn’t jump each time you saw something, the pictures started to last longer.

The scenes and faces, non of which I recognized marched by, as long as I would concentrate on looking for them. Some clearer than others. Some lasting longer than others. It’s all very random at first. Then I would tell myself to “look for” only faces. Then I would sit there and watch these faces– one after another flash before my minds eye. Like a deck of cards. Old and young. Some barely human. Eventually I narrowed my view to only women.

Theie faces appeared and disappeared in the blink of an eye. Then, after two or three weeks of practice, I would give myself one last suggestion. I asked only to see the faces of the people who were-or-would-be on the train that I took to work each day.

Then suddenly, instead of seeing some lifeless glimpse of a reflection, a single face waslooking back at me. As if looking at each other through a window. There eye to eye, both seeing each other. It was always startling, as if recognizing an old friend. and afterwards– even after I opened my eyes, their presence would remain. That presence stays with you. Then the next day, on the train, we’d meet. How did I recognize them? How did they recognize me? I don’t know. As soon as our eyes meet, we both know.

Had I been using the first technique, I probably would have meet more women.

Kabbalah, Qabalah, Cabalah: defined as symbol-sets based on archetypes used to communicate with God. One God, by countless names, the world over.

December 13, 2006

wearing the skull cap

The Latin alphabet as used in English, offers a convenient symbol set. It is especially handy because it can be typed into a post. I once used a made up symbol set of my own unique characters. It was fun. It worked well… but everything had to be hand written.

For instance, using Shiva’s A-Z symbol set, a random word might be: DEGO

Thus, random word, DEGO, make sense to Shiva, or anyone else knowledgeable of his A-Z interpretation. If you have reference to the meanings of each of the A-Z keys, you could figure it out, what DEGO meant, but that’s not really reading.

These were originally listed in the first post of a thread in the mySpace Kabbalah group.

Shiv’s interpretation is, in a primal sense, due to the fact he is attempting to summarize the entire universe in a concise archtypical set, an intrepretation of the Kabbalah. Not the historic Jewish Kabbalah, but the living Cabalah, as a dynamic and evolving system of thought. It is very much like the instrument of a musician. Or the words used by world leaders. They knowing nothing of historical Kabbalah, yet, they each in their own way, have defined a unique symbol sets; and learned to use these unique words in a way helpful and pleasing to others. This way, they each are masters of their own destiny.

A musician has a perception of sound that is easy accessible to them– something that works for them. In music it is called a style. A politician has a set of principals, which he has learned to convey effectively.

And yes, the politician’s symbol set is certainly biased and lope-sided, but his technique of reaching-out-and-serving and representing groups of people, is very much employing the techniques of Cabalah. We of course are not so materialistic. We strive to construct our archetypical symbol-sets more altruistically. In this way we seek to align ourselves with God; his will; and the future. In God’s eye’s the future is history.

Whether you are a Cabalist, a musician, or a politician; when your efforts are in sync with the will of God, God is there, always ready and willing to lend a helping hand or an encouraging word.

Now… once a symbol set is constructed, the next step is to put it to memory. Once that is done, then you can write in your new language. You take notes, and in doing so you are learning to read the language. But speaking in this language is another matter, for these words are never spoken verbally. These symbol set-languages are all tried and proven methods for communicating with God. One God, by countless names, the world over.

It’s a special language, which is learned differently than a spoken language. A child first learns to 1- speak, then 2- read, then finally 3- write. A Cabalist first learns to 1- write, then 2- read what they have written, and finally 3- speak without reading. It is nothing less than the language of God, which historically, has always been the power of the Kabbalah.

Sasha and my Early Qabalah days

November 22, 2006

the trees of life

> I’d like to know why you came to choose the system
> you now use to operate in your daily life?

When I was in my 20’s I took the whole hippie doctrine to heart, and spent many years traveling from teacher to teacher, learning what ever I could, looking for some great secret wisdom. I was a silversmith back then; living and traveling in camper van, always rolling in to a new town with my tank near empty, and only change in my pocket. This was the norm for me, and more or less, what I was comfortable with. I always knew, in a few days, or a couple of weeks at worse, I’d sell enough jewelry and be able to leave… if I wanted to.

One warn winter, in Tucson, Arizona, I was introduced to this an elderly woman named Sasha. She wanted me to pay for Qabalah lessons. I objected, telling her, “None of my other teachers asked for money!”

She assured me that if I took her “lessons” I would earn much more money– and I’d easily be able to afford the lessons. I took her up on her challenge… and sure enough… within a couple of weeks, I meet Simon, who agreed to purchase all the jewelry I could produce. And so… twice a week for about a year, I visited with Sasha where she taught me from the book, the Mystical Qabalah by Dion Fortune.

I’ll never forget the last time I saw her. She told me, “Someday you will no longer travel to find new teachers. You will be able to look within and find as many teachers as you want.”

She also said, “There is nothing more for me to teach you.”

At the time, I didn’t understand what she meant by finding teachers within, but the part about having taught me all she could, made me feel really good. It was as though she knew I was leaving before I uttered a word.

So to answer your question. I don’t think I really choose the Qabalah. It choose me.

My love for Swami Vivekananda’s teachings, and all he taught me about Karma and Raja yoga, before I was introduced to Qabalah, has never diminished. But it was the Qabalah that provided me the my first glimpse of that “secret wisdom” that I so diligently sought.

Sure, the Qabalah is many things to many people, but the one thing that distinguishes it from other disciplines, is this skill of being able to look within to find reliable teachers. It took many years, but sure enough, it is, just as Sahsa said, “You will be able to look within and find as many teachers as you want.”

That’s what her lessons were really about. At the time, a lot of what she taught me didn’t make sense. But over the years, slowly all the pieces are fitting together. Now, having lived over 20 years, with these “inner teachers” the mechanics of all this, is always plainly evident. So much so, that it is very easy for me to teach to others. It’s all about telepathy. And… this blog is my attempt to reach out and offer others… and offer them the same lessons I received… when I was young.

Note to blog reader: This post is completely different format from my usual Q&A posts. If you like this story format better, do leave a comment.

light body calastenics, genies, meditative ruts

November 21, 2006

above all else

> their presence gets so intense that I panic and can’t meditate at all.

Sounds like you already know the remedy is some form of meditation. No doubt you already have some skills in this area.

There is technique of meditation that you already know about. An ideal technique for these kinds of situations. Let me provide you with a review. You simply need to build and maintain a strong center.

Meditating for 20 minutes a day twice or a day, OR even for hour hours a day, every day, still misses the mark. Eventually you will want to take your meditative skills and build a strong center. Meditative skills are like tools. Use these tools to build yourself a house of light. This is often called a light body. And the door to that house of light… is your center.

Almost anything can be used as a center. You breath, your hands, a image in your minds eye, even an inanimate object like a ring or necklace. Be careful though with those material objects, least you end up someone’s genie. I digress.

Lets me use the breath as an example, since that is the most common technique of meditation. Instead meditating for an hour a day, you meditate for 1 minute 100 times a day. This is called a center. Periodically throughout your day you CONTINUALLY come back to your breath. Even if you have a busy work schedule, you’d be surprised at how often you can spare a minute. How many breaths can you count in a minute. Make that your basis.

In this way, your meditative state is always ready at hand, to provide you with a moment of clarity or relief from some stressful situation. In time, as you build a stronger and stronger center, it becomes a part of you– like a piece of clothing. Some call it a light body.

Ordinarily when meditating, it takes a while to get into a deep meditative state. The longer you work with a center, the quicker it is to get into that the proper state.

In the beginning you will need to initiate your focus on your center. When your center or your breath calls out to you, reminding your to initiate focus, then you know you are making real progress.
